please help. game not updating

The latest update don't completely work in my samsung s4 GT19505. it is stuck in patch 4.91. I tried deleting cache app and data,reinstall the the game but still the same. What should I do?

    Hey storm, what u mean game not update? Is game run? downloading assets can't be completed? Or updating in google play is stuck? I loved to help u but need some more details.
    Patch 4.91? Game version now is 2.2.0

    Thanks bobiek1983. I already downloaded the game from google play but everytime i open the game, it won't load fully like it used to be. The blue bar only load to 4.91 or nearly 70% and its stuck there. Can you help me resolve this matter? Thank you.
