Reversing jailbrake to enjoy all benefits.

My iDevices are always jailbroken and it's something I'm not used to being without, but I see that it is still tied to my account and I can't get free gems from videos. Will Un-jailbreaking reverse this? Or what are the procedures to reversing this? I'll be more than happy to go on to iOS 8 beta, but if it's worth it. I know gems are a big part of the game and I'm beginning to get stuck without them.

    Updating to an unjailbroken OS should reverse it. If you continue to have issues when you are no longer jailbroken, please send in a ticket.

    What exactly is a ticket? And I still do have problems. How I get my profile is by saving all the contents of the app using a third-party app on my mac (No jailbreak required to do this) and replace the files on the app after the restore. The Watch A Video button appears, I'm able to watch the video and press "OK" after the message pops up saying I earned 1 gem. Then another message pops up with "Warning 20003 : Unknown Error"
