was farming hellboy normal just to get my wings on mage than came back to town and notice my name was all wierd bunch of numbers and letters so i restarted the game and all my toons are at 1 and mage is locked so have put in a ticket take up to 6 days to respond yay a whole week of nothing am a leader of a guild now what will happen they will all abandon ship there goes my top 100 guild that i strived so hard to build with a good group of people we top 50 in arena and Fair tounament IG name brokn84
well after uninstaliing it got it back myself

    It happened to me and it took 2 weeks and my player name changed and I was removed from the guild I was in and now it won't let me join a new guild. They didn't even compensate me on what was lost.

    mine name changed to and level drooped to 1
