Unknown Error 20001, Accessing Network, Deleveled to 49 or Lower

As of today, there are 4 major problems occuring.
What is this Unknown Error 20001 and Accessing Network from the start up of the game and during gameplay load up? It is preventing people from entering or logging into the game and entering Dungeons.
People are now being deleveled back to level 49 and/or lower to level 1. I am now level 49 and I use to be level 50. I deleveled to 49 after exiting a cleared dungeon as well.
Items that are collected from Dungeons are not appearing in inventory as well.
Numerous people have had the same occuring problem as of today. Please help and address this problem!

Deleveled to 49 instead of 50. Items same as already mentioned, killed Nian, items shown after battle but inventory is empty.
