Soulshards from Ning Yuan?

I need demon champion souldshards but I can't farm Nian, how is the chance to get them from Ning Yuan?
Bonus question: As far as I know there are 7 tiers (weapon, armour, rings, etc). What lvl is which tier?

    Low drop rate for ss at that lvl but still a chance, also from endless

    Tier 7 is unbreakable lvl 36
    Tier 8 goldy lvl 44
    Tier 9 inconv.. Lvl 50

    But how good is that chance? Is it worth it? I mean, if I need to complete Ning Yuan 500 times for 1 ss I'm not even going to try. I die in floor 93, so there is no chance from getting ss in endless.
    And thanks for the tier info, I thought that Tier 7 was lvl 44.
