High Latency servers.

Need to find a way to make it so people can't join a highatency server to get an advantage. When I can find someone and have a 30 combo and not do any damage becaus they are lagging so bad then there is a problem.

    BUMPing this because it really is a problem and takes so much fun out of the pvp part of the game. Make people fight in their own servers.
