Stuck loading

Why can i no longer get into the game? I just get stuck on the loading screen .. the barfills completely but then the "timer" thing just keeps spinning and it doesnt load the game :/

    I'm having that same issue just got replacement note 3 for my defective one installed ew3 now it's just doing as you say. I had this problem on my original note 3, usually restarting phone fixed it or sometimes I'd have to wait couple hours before connects. I let phone sit at loading screen for an hour, nothing. I restart and still same thing. I put a ticket in hoping they can fix this issue asap
