You have to understand that admins are just relationship managers. They represent the company's communication team and have almost no power other than just answer questions. Best keep quiet when there is no resolution than just provide a bull**** answer.

Even less than that actually, forum moderators are not the same as game mods. I don't think Glu has a communication team haha, we've had to pull out info from the forum mods. These guys will still edit some posts, move to the right section, and edit glu bashing/cursing, but I'm sure they don't want to get involved in whats going on right now lol
