Ring and neck GS scaling?

I usually don't try to level a new piece of gear unless it is several hundred GS higher than my current piece. I just recently got a 50 inconceivable ring of the berserker and was really excited only to find it's only 131 GS higher than my 43 unbreakable berserker ring. Why so little increase? I thought 7 levels and two tiers would be good for at least 300 or more GS.

    The rings and talisman don't have high GS like other gear. What u are seeing is normal

    You are totally right but since it's the same for everyone... good, bad, fair, I dunno doesn't really matter imo.
