    since no one is answering you .. have you tried a simply reinstall? did you play with your level 1 character if you did it may have overridden your last account. If that is the case put in a support ticket may take a few days or few weeks.

    Yup I presume ur google + account Is running ,if so try reinstall it worked for me.

    seems like Glu is giving up on the game, so I wouldn't expect them to help you out :(
