Cant get a better sword

Its been more than two weeks i cant get a better sword. I thnk there is some problem in game.i cant increase my gs anymore without a better sword. Glu plz reply back.sent u 2 mails no reply from that too.

    Whats your progress with the game atm? And your current gears?
    Demon items will be around Normal Hellboy and Legendary Cyclop, Champion items around Legendary Nian and Prince items by Legendary Hellboy if that helps. You could refer to link in signature to actually see which boss drop which specific level of weapon that you need.
