How Do I Move My EW3 Account to New Device?

My iPhone went kaput last week. I should be getting my new replacement tomorrow.

I'd like to make sure to reinstall properly.

Anyone provide any advice? I've been searching for useful info without much luck so far.

    Send a ticket to glu is the only way

    on android it is easy, just install the game on the new device and sign into google account.

    On iphone it isn't as easy at all. You have to send in letters to glu then it is a 6 step process.

    I tried that already and it didn't work. Is there a save file you need as well?
