Tournament vp reward problem

Long story short guys.
I grind my way to 100k vp today finally FFs. As I heard that ding from mail, I knew that I m gonna get the 5 demon soul shards that I ll never see from farming.
But guess what!!! Glu ****ed **** up again!!!!!!!! **** this ****, as I open the mail and get my shards a god **** "112 error" pop up. "Sorry the item in your inventory does not exist" ***ffffff is this ****.
Listen Glu if u don't wanna give us the Loots and gears then just ****ing say so & put a ****ing $500 price tag on every piece of the Glorius set. That way I will quit sooner.
At the end, f c k all is need is u glu.
