362:data error

Just wanna ask why im keep getting 362:data error msg after i download and install app from tapjoy to get free gems? Any solution to these? Thanks..

    I am getting it as well. It is really annoying, it will pop up 10 times in 5 minutes...

    you get 362:data error because you have reached the maximum # of gems you can get from tapjoy which is around 5k.. so now Glu won't let to get free gems anymore. However, you can still get the gems by watching videos :P

    Happening with me too including when watching videos. Getting error and no gems.

    any GLU mods out there can shed any light on this as I relied on my 10 or so gems a day to help with the cost of reagents
