****ing problem with the form, level and name

Hello
I have a problem about this character that I had and now I have another.
It happened because something happened to me the game and uninstalled it and installed with no back and look and there's 1 level of all the characters and I do not know what happened.
My system is IOS and play on iPad
My name is real is "DemenPL"
Present My name is ****ing some stamps and numbers.
Please help fast because today I would like to se play.

I not sure all about it or you're mean for your character hero lost level ?? I prefer you sent a ticket to glu support lol this forum never did help you at all write down your info to glu support there will fix your account as soon receive your report lol

also will be more helpfull if you attach images of your heroes showing how they looked like and about their stats
btw youll get an answer after 15 min but its an automatic answer honestly it could take 2 weeks for you to get help
