What Happend With My CHARRRRR

Hello...
Can u help me..
Why when I log in , my char is different from my original char , with the odd nick name and return to level 1
I 've uninstalled the game but my original char can not go back
Nick : LordSalvatore
My system Android OS 4.2
I play on lenovo tab A3000
Please help me on this issue , because I want to play again .

already 2 days I do not playyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy...

    JUST SEND THEM THE E MAIL TELLING THEM WHATS YOUR PROBLEM AND TRY TO GET SOME IMAGES OF YOUR HEROES THE WAY THEY LOOK AND IMAGES ABOUT THEIR STATS

    but the previous char is gone , how do I get a picture of my char missing ??
    Can I send an email without a picture , but lists the issues in detail??

    you can get picks looking for game friends who have you in their friends list so they can check up on your heroes and send you the pics you need. What i know is that is much better if you send the pics

    yup tell them in detail what are the problems you are facing

    It has been 4 days passed I sent my email problem char missing, but why until now there is no response and improvement of GLU support team and in my email already present in detail the problems along with the image of my char is missing.
    very lousy GLU Support Team in handling complaints from customers and I do not understand why game companies for GLU very slow in handling customer trouble and no response to email complaint & for players who use real money, would be very disappointed with the service GLU

    i have a same problem, but it has been 12 days passed I sent email for glu support team and there is no response :( my charakter name s gunmaster88 with 22000 total gs, and now there are a new account with name 'bvFMBB' /all heroes level 1/

    hahahha ... it seems you do not return char, because the handling of customer glu very slowww
    useless glu provide email facilities for customer care, they will not respond......
