Help, currently stuck in the game

Im a monk, 11,900 gs. Tier 8 weap cd iif, incon shoulder and boots, godly helm gaunts and chest, unbreakable ring talis. I cannot progress any more, having troubles in the ice cavern map, cant kill bosses. How can i hunt good fire runes? And also the tier 9 weap. Thank you

    You need to make sure you have a lot of Fire attack and Ice defence to progress further

    In former times you received offers to the god of runes as rewards from tournaments. But since a few weeks glu gives god of gold offerings only as rewards.
    Oni General brought a lot of offerings to god of crafting but best runes, which you can receive, are blue ones. There is a big risk to fail while combining blue runes to purple (> 90%) and also while turning purple runes into gold. You have to spend a lotof gems to make save combinations...
