Account lost on android

Already submited a ticket on 16/10 on android, already changed g+ password (didn't work), i hope glu team can restore my account data T0NIRIBEIR0 to my new account Y2YymR, it toke me more than a year to lvl up all my characters to lvl 50. GLU TEAM HELP ME OUT PLEASE.

    Game was released on android in the middle of January so it hasn't been a year yet.
