Where to farm gear?

I have all three characters but working on my warrior. Level 39 in legendary mode.
I'm up to the 4 level in the 3rd zone but can't find a new weapon..
My question is where to farm a good chance to find one? Normal ice caves? Legend cyclops?
Also what's good damage runes/resist runes combos to use?

as darkwr5 said endless is best place to farm you get reagents you need and also golden gear
also all bosses give you golden gear (cyclops, nian, hellboy), normal or legendary mode they do provide golden gear
regarding to runes it depends on which boss youre farming
boss with fire damage-- youll need lightning damage and fire defense
boss with ice damage-- youll need fire damage and ice defense
boss with lightning damage -- youll need ice damage lightning defense
runes work to help you to increase your damage and reduce boss damage, when you use the correct ones

You're going to have to increase your GS to get pass level 90. It's a good idea to beat Legendary Nian before taking on level 90 endless mode (unless you don't mind wasting gems, real money, and frustration).
