Data error when receiving gems from tapjoy

When downloading apps through tapjoy to get extra gems I now get a data error 362 just after it says I have received then and then I don't receive them.

Is there something that can be done to fix this or is it a bug?

I have tried contacting tapjoy but they say according to their records I have received the rewards.

    This is because you have received the maximum amount of gems from tapjoy. You are now unable to receive any more gems except from videos.

    Ok is seems it's not just from tapjoy... My daily reward came round to the 20 gems and these also got the same data error.
