Update has finally arrived. Here are my notes so far.
Still no t9 regeants in tower, I went as high as 154 and still dp regeants.
No new skills.
Level cap is now 60.
New boss is ivar 2.0. Just more health, same patterns. No purple t10 yet.
New dungeons are doable regardless of the high gs recommendation.
400 gems to increase guild to 55. Then it goes to 800 gems. I just received a star next to my name in guild.
Modders are being banned left and right. Time will tell if its for good.
T10 gear starts at 52 and unlocks 1 new piece each level.
All in all not bad so far. But we deserve much much more than this.

android update confirmed to 3.1 - strange it is the first level cap ever for the game yet only a .1 update
are we getting new skill upgrades?
