Emm.. you forgot about the bonus material included in update: network errors all day everyday, still problems with character turning lvl 1, still tournament wins not crediting, still broken chat, still switching characters between google accounts or switching google account between characters or two google accounts linked to one character, still some hackers are at loose, still timer issues in arena and in general, still constant lagging, increasing cap is pretty much useless because no new abilities, still getting gems without micro-paying is mission impossible, still competing in tournaments or in scourge is mission impossible.... i could go on and on and on and on but that's only just what i can remember right now.

well every post they get is negative, they have done some good things in the last 2 years also.
Though the worst thing about the game is the heavy focus on making money.
You always say Glu admin that glu team is constantly working on bugs, but why there is not a single update without messing up other things..? Just name one, please.

No. The worst thing is - CHEATERS and HACKERS ! They are cheating all days 24/7 and admins do NOTHING to ban them! That is THE WORST THING !
When will you block hundreds (thousands) of hackers in EW3 ? Why don't you do your job?
