Network Error during contests should be invalid

I don't know about anyone else, but if EW3 is having so many Network Errors during a tournament/contest, would you not all agree that tournament and contests results should be invalid? I'm not talking about down for an hour or 2, but during a 36 hour window if people can't even log on to the system for more than 40% of the time AND it has nothing to do with maintenance, then these events should be cancelled, postponed, or extended. I'm not sure what's worse, having these network errors during these events or having maintenance updates during these during event time (which, btw, happened during the last Evolve Contest).
