Hacker using exacly same nickname as mine

I report someone the last week cause the hack, now i just found out he is using the same nickname as mine" Camilza" and he keep hacking in arena with my nickname, he said he gonna get my account disable, please help me...if the moderator check my account they can see that its clean but this hacker is using my nickname exacly the same and keep hacking...i hope you guys do something please. i am worring so much...
