network error preventing loot now, this isn't a fix glu its almost worse!

Glu explain this!!!
After farming almost every time a heart appears I see this, I'm forced to restart the game and I loose the loot...
I should have been done two days ago, but I can't get this to stop... at least with the network error at login I didn't loose loot... this is almost worse, let us see it and take it away... if its not one thing its another...
