are the servers still down?

Can login, It starts to load then the loading bar changes to "0.00//0.66MB" I was getting the server down screen until I updated through the playstore... are they still down or is this an anomoly?

    Didn't work, same outcome, but I noticed when my phone started up on the front screen before I loaded ew3 it said "can't download right now, try again later" is that related, someone please help :(
