just when are these glu guys going to do something about our game data that was lost,no response is this how to you take care of your precious players who give time to the game and even buy things in game with real money.
tell us what happen or else just don't bring the this kind of update.

    Dear sir!!! I know your frustrated but you to be patienc! It going to be a while I experienced the same problem and it took 2 to 3 months to recover my characters. So If you need a hug or something I am available!!!!😀😀😀
