Gem pack issue

Hi, I purchased the smallest gem pack. I had a network error before I completed it. When I try to retrieve the pack it says that I've already purchased and it will retrieve it for free. Then it times out and won't. The money has been removed from the account and I never recieved the gems and gold offering. Can someone please help?

    So I ended up with 1870 gems instead of 110. I've been honest and not used any. I've also not been playing the game since the 31st of Dec (very frustrating). I've put in three requests for assistance to no prevail. I really don't know what to do as I've only paid for 110 gems. What should I do?
