No rewards received for Player Rankings

in EW3 General Discussion
All players got all the rewards from fuse tourney(01/01/2015) but the top 5 players didnt get the rewards for player ranking. Is something wrong here? Please fix it asap.

    yea modders do not recive prizes anymore

    Well if thats the case, then GLU should find a better way to identify modders, instead of assuming that the top 5 are modders. I have prepared for months to get to top 5 and get the weapon from rewards coz the useless GOGs never give anything. This is really annoying.

    Rewards lost by the network
    I inform you that yesterday 1/11/15 to receive my rewards related to the tournament offerings, there was a data error and network where not receive and will not appear in my mailbox the available prizes!
    Awards to 19 individual and 3 team, i look forward an urgent return!
