Good afternoon,
I opened a ticket with GLU Customer Care on 1/3 as my account disappeared. My character (a lvl 49 warrior) was gone and it had me start all over. My character is still stuck in the guild but has not been played for 19 days. GLU stated I would hear back from someone in 3 to 5 business days. I've sent multiple notations through the in game contact us screen as well as 3 emails. This is my last hope. Please restore my account.
