How to restore old account

Hi support I'd just got my iPad mini restore to default my question is how do I get my old account?, because when I install ew3 it was started all over again please help me thank you more power.

    this is the forum, you might get better results if you opened a ticket?..maybe?

    How do you reckon to get back account? Every thing starts from lvl 1 and no items nothing. After reinstall doesn't work. Before it works for to get back.
