Pleyer downgraded to 1 level

I entered the game and found that the player was 1 level now. I deleted the game rebooted device and installed it from google games but my player was still 1 level. After starting the game i found that the name of my user was changed from ChypaL to another one with a lot of sumbols. I need to restore it and don't know how to make it

I looked several threads and i feel that glu support will not help. May be Glu has only one admin to unswer here and this guy has not free time for all of us.

Hi Koko, sorry for that but could you please help me? I created several posts in EW3 game support space and also sent one message to moderator. Also opened a ticket. Nothing....absolutelly nothing. I just worry about my account. My be you can ask there moderators about me. Thanks in advance. You will really help me!

I know in KK:H you'd pretty much be out of luck, but I'm certainly not the last word for a game I've never played. Good Luck.
