yep monk would be more balanced char if he gets passive crit chance than small passive damage. 20% passive crit chance instead of 30% crit damage and we have nice damage char. maybe 20% sounds alot but if you compare it to warriors counter or mages …

cat or cyclops, no zombie. zombie seems slow and all but he hits very fast and unexpected, and it hurts too. as about cyclops and cat they are hitting hard but you just need to wait for them to fire all they got and than hit them like crazy :-)

still it is better than what you can farm in game, all white and eventualy some green rune. you would need month of all day every day farming to make 9 blue runes lol.
i am guessing they forgott to reduce trny rewards right after they removed green …
just tried about 10 times with full blue fire resist and full blue lightning damage runes (im monk) and no chance without potion. didnt drink any but guessing ill need more than 1 couse after rage he is very strong cant even dodge...
