15/15 36 purp should let u farm L nian easily, though a fully evo 31 gold is higher dmg than 15/15 36 purp missing final evo, I believe. Without the dcss from farming nian you won't get to final evo on the 31 anyway. Of course farming nian with either would work great.

Will the resistances apply to fire and lightening damage from existing bosses/mobs? Thinking endless may be a lot better with some fire resistance... Also, any insight into how it might work? Chance for full damage resist or is it a damage reduction modifier? Sounds more like a modifier but figured I'd ask.

Of course the archers are on opposite ends of the universe too. I can time that fire arrow about 50-50 for parry. There are some of those mob setups that will still get me on a wave i clear every other time.

This is a good plan if you can routinely beat them, but this is the gear check pre-cyclops, so it might be a struggle even here. If you can like vykus said, it is a good place for the drop, 3 of my guildies who were just leveling alt characters got 31 epics in here.

Eh I got one on both my Mage and warrior in around 100-150 kills, maybe even less, with sub 100iif at that point. At 30-45 sec/kill on cyclops with a 15/15 31 purple, counting time to sell, could hit that number in a few hours if ur focused. Painfully slow to farm with a 15/15 31 purple. If u can get the 36 purple to 15/15 go with that. If not, I'd farm cyclops to get a 31 gold which makes nian kills much faster at 15/15. Don't worry about the stats on it, just the first one u get will put out enough dps to kill him in well under 1min, and then u can farm him…

What's ur IIF and how many times have u killed him? I farmed him until i got a 26 gold wep. My IIF was not great (probably in the 50-60 range) and it took me a good 100-150 kills I'd say, which isn't abnormal. I evo'd up a 26 purple while I was farming to make kills faster as well.
