I do have a rooted device but I can't imagine why that would cause the reward to not apply.. since they sure as **** had no problem showing me the video before deciding I wasn't "eligible".

They clearly don't care because there has been zero improvement so I guess I continue to play and ask myself why am I doing this or I stop ... on the brightside, I don't think the arena could get any worse than it is.

I just did my first arena today and I don't understand what determines the winner? I had a guy almost dead who ran around the whole time and I had way more health than him yet lost? How is victory decided?
