The OP was talking about getting "limited edition" gear, which (unless you are really lucky) you won't get from that little amount of offerings. Saving gems from login gives you 60 gems per 20 days if I'm not mistaken, that's not even one gold offering per cycle. Even when they're on "sale" for 85gems or whatever it is.

I don't mind farming, it's kinda the point of the game.. I haven't played in a couple of days because mage is fully geared and PvP is a joke. Never bought gems, still want new content. This "argument" is getting annoying. To answer the question: nothing, don't see the fun in getting everything easily in a game

I have that issue with my ipad every now and then.. Turning it off for a couple of minutes and rebooting seem to help with it

It's the same as endless: server/game crashes, still your fault, have fun waiting 34319943 hours to get enough tickets for another run or spend money. That lag/dc/loss thing has happened to me as well, good thing I gave up on ranking..

Wasn't talking about vortex obviously, just rage or ww on their own. Vortex being the only non-targeted (lag) full stun in the game is kind of a joke as well IMO.

As ThinIce said, the only way out of ww/rage is the passive blink, and it's the same with warrior and passive parry.

One sad thing is, I'm getting better at aiming eruption at laggers anticipating where they'll be that I am at hitting non-laggers :D

Against runners I just stand still in the middle of the arena, actually won a couple of fights because they got greedy :p Regarding the original idea, agreed. Some war this morning quit because he missed a dash and I dropped an orb.. That was the extent of the "fight"

The one thing that bugs me is the combination of lag and the fact that mage pretty much gets one shot by all other classes if caught once.. War: dash+ww = can't blink, dead. Blinking where you want to blink is close to impossible, and anticipating where people blink/dash is hard as well since they end up at the other end of the arena half the time. If you're willing to pay, you can guarantee a fuse as well, so you don't need to get the gold runes right away. I'm not saying it's a good way, just saying that if you are willing to spend tons of cash on this game (which some people clearly are) then maxing out is quick and easy.

As with anything in the game, money will buy you gold runes and it won't take long to get them.

Yeah especially since, after the update, you can't blink anymore if you get caught in ww/rage so that's pretty much an instant death.. Now that blink has the same CD as dash, any war with half a brain will dominate mages, being able to blink away from dash saved my life more than once. 12k gs being one-shoted by someone…

Learn her pattern and avoid her, that's honestly the only advice you need. Runes definitely will help as well I killed her at first with a 36 gold wand, but the 44 purple made it a lot easier (haven't tried her with nightfire yet).

the gold one will have more damage, so keep that one. Don't worry too much about other stats, you'll (hopefully) change that weapon fairly quick. GS isn't a stat to worry about, especially while leveling.
