Pom lei server and olthrose server account transfer ???

Ok so lots of people used the ew4 beta on olthrose server (olthrose or some like this)
And now glu mailed me that this server is about to close...
So how do we transfer our account from olthrose to Pom lei ???
Because i don't wanna start the game again and pay again and again
