Login problem and character name issue

Hey peeps! I've 32lvl rogue. I always autologin. Never asked me pass or account.But two weeks ago im asked to enter my account name and pass.(im already connected the game with google) When im asked to change char. name i passed it by mistake and couldn't change after on.My char. name is like Saril1xxxxxx...How can i get my account back and recover?pls help me!!!
P.S: I know my account pass and guild name
