We will be ending support for Eternity Warriors 4 in China on March 9, 2017. For those players whose Region is set to China the game will cease to function on March 16, 2017. Your game progress and purchases will not be available after March 16, 2017.
You can reset and play the game by changing the region to Global however as mentioned above we are unable to transfer your game progress and purchases.
To set your region to Global you will need to follow these instructions:
1. Select the arrow next to the region in the top right of the login screen.
2. Select the Global Region
3. Select the OK button to restart the game
