EW4 - Client Problem

Goot morning,  I have a problem whit the client, i use an Ipad. So when i open the it work, but at the moment of log-in the game write that there is a problem whit the client and download again everithing, but that solution doesn't work. Somebody know why and if there is a solution? Than you and sorry for my English!
