Lost account!

Exited the game for the night then when I opened it up again my account was gone. Spent quite a bit of time and money on my character. Filled out a ticket. Anyone have an idea how long this takes to get resolved? Characters name is Sepiroth. Would really love to get my account back asap... Especially since i've spent a decent amount of money on in app purchases not to mention the time i've put into it.

    It's a general discution forum...you need to send a private tiket at the glu support for this problem. Glu never send a response here !

    ... And it´s more then questionable whether they answer. This company is know for their "support".

    I did that the same day i posted this thread..no response yet . This is ridiculous....

    There is nothing that can be done about lost accounts over the forum. You have to wait for Customer Care to get back to you to resolve the issue.
