World Boss game crash

Soo...I was only able to access the world boss a couple of times, right when I started the game (and as you can imagine, I could not get even nearly enough points to get any Valor Points). Whenever I try to access it now, I crash even before seeing the boss. When I restart the game - the boss' timer is reset (6 hours to go until next boss).

So, no Valor Points, no gear upgrade (not even considering the lamps), no further progress?

Could it be the device's fault? But then, why does the timer reset?

Also there are other minor issues, but I can overlook those, at least for now.
