Make sure that your phone doesn't go to sleep when downloading the bundle. This will cause a reset. Tap the screen from time to time if you can. We are looking into this to fix as well.

Next week is the current plan. We are being more conscious of QAing new content fully, so it is delaying things a bit. I believe we can all agree we would rather wait a couple extra days and have it arrive working correctly at this point :)
There are new mob types for the tower, but with the 4th kingdom, yes, there will be actual new mobs. 4th kingdom rollout is considered part of the 1.2 update - sorry for not being more specific.
Will take a look into your second point. Rune drop rates will not be reviewed until the the tower has been out for awhile and we can examine the data. Starting next week however, we will be giving out rune tokens as rewards frequently :)
We believe we've identified the bug, and are testing the fixes now. We HOPE to have it fixed next week, but I don't want to promise what we can't deliver. This is a very painful bug - we are focusing on getting it resolved ASAP.
More utility for vanity items is something that is being batted around, same with pets. This is no way a promise, but we agree. It's something that we have to think about carefully.

There have been no Survival Tournaments because of the hacking issue. We are watching the anti-hack tools we introduced in 1.2 to make sure they are doing their job. Once we have that under control, we will bring them back.
Aight, I'll figure out if this is intentional, a bug, or what exactly. Did the one in the campaign ever freeze you? I don't recall this ever happening before when I fought him in the campaign or endless tower.

Due to mostly technical reasons, there will be no rollback. We are just working to release the additional content that makes the runes more worthwhile, gives more for players to do, and fix any bugs that have arisen.
It's been changed to a fraction of the damage (I'll check the figures later when I can get them), relatively small part. The damage is still primarily physical though. Only the elemental part checks against resists.
There are legendary runes - they are combine only.

All classes that have an element of magic to the attack now do a small amount of elemental damage as well. You will still need runes, just like everyone else, to be fully effective.
All mobs in endless are (should be) fire attack/lightning weak. If you are noticing anything else, that is a bug. Only the world map should have variable resistances.
