How do you use the Exchange Shop

  Pretty sure it's just for exchanging weapon parts for xp. Can be beneficial if you have more white weapon parts than you'll use in the foreseeable future.

  thanks for the response but its still not clear what happens/benefit of Assembling AR part in exchange shop. An exchange seem to take away from the total parts needed to assemble a gun. And what you get, for example, is an AR Stock for x10 parts. I dont see where that AR stock shows up or what it's used for - does it just give me one more component needed to level up one aspect of my gun? Doesnt seem like a useful trade off... 10 parts for a 1 of 10 blue stocks. I can just raid a level and get them easier for less.
