i dont think anyone at Glu monitors this board. Lots of posts with questions and noone from Glu answers anything. They offer no support for a rather complex game, part of the reason why it's making no money for them in the app stores while it ranked in the top apps in Asia for many months. Hell, they paid Tencent $15million to license the game (it mainly a Tencent app). You think they'd provide some community support. Instead they do surveys that dont ask how to change the game to make it better

There is no one in the game for customer service or here in their forum. I'm not sure what s actually going on but I myself have tried over and over to get help with no success at all. No one even answers or returns calls at their corporate office either. Apple has been aware of the ongoing issues in this matter and according to Apple's "vendor agreement" with Glu Mobile, Glu Mobile is violating several parts of the agreement. Apple is no very happy with what is going on at all and is trying to get somethng done. I would suggest that everyone having issues contact Apple support. The more players that get in touch with Apple the better our chances of getting hat we are paying for. For me I am not looking for something for free, I just want what I am paying for...a whole game that works and some customer service when it doesn't. I'm getting neither.
