The Covet game is supported by a different team actually. You can submit a ticket through the game and their customer care team can forward it to the developers or you can try their Facebook page. My guess would be there is not an API though as I don't believe any of our games have that set up.
There aren't specific steps I can direct you to take. Certainly spending money in the game helps but the community managers can flag individuals for a variety of reasons. Your can ask them on the game specific forum though I don't believe they give out a specific criteria.
Sorry guys there really isn't any support for any of the EW games at this point. Your best bet is the FAQs or other players in the EW forums. There is no development team for that series any longer.
Our goal response time is within 48 hours. We have been quicker than that lately but there is still a wait time. If you have already submitted a ticket then you just need to wait for the response.
If you were awarded on TapJoy's side we should be able to find it and ensure it shows up in game. Simply create a ticket in game and we should be able to verify.

Not to worry accounts are saved server side so you just need to send in a ticket and we should be able to help you recover your account. Just send in a ticket and we will assist you.
That depends on how you submitted the ticket. If you did it through the app then the answer will be there in the app itself. If you did it through the web page, email or you were playing on Facebook it would be in your email.
That is certainly not the case. And though we do see the same complaints you do we also know that out of the tens of thousands of players only a small percentage see the issue. Thanks for the feedback. It would probably work best if you post this in the game specific forum so that the development team can take that into account.
Just reply to the open ticket. They can see the previous conversation (as long as it was from the same account) and they can ensure you get the player.
Replies are also expected to be answered within 2 days. Looks like Anand doesn't currently have anything over 48 hours so he should have responded if you replied days ago
