You ain't kidding about that. I'm sure that's why they only post the odds for the levels and not the skills. I rarely get WoH and if I do, it's generally 1-4 whereas I get Season and tournament all the time.
Close and Rally are skills that I would definitely not upgrade on Legends and only on primes if I absolutely need it to win something. As it was mentioned, all it takes is for you to be down 4 runs and it's worthless.
