That is true, but this copy and paste response of how all these issues are our faults needs to be handled. There is no way all of these issues that happen are the fault of the customer.
I’ve lost plenty of gold and they will tell you they can’t reimburse you. It’s a struggle sometimes trying to improve and work through all the glitches. Not to mention dealing with some bad CS reps.
@BUTTSTUFF78 I moved to gold before the primes and all came out. I only have 3 primes and it’s taking some time to level them up. Silver and stockpiling is the way to go if you ask me.

Kimbrel was easier to hit than Harvey and Bartolo but it’s not even close how these games should go. I did do better when I tried to go backside but not that backside blooper but trying to hit it in the backside gap.
I wasn’t a big fan. All the pitchers I faced were so low rated the balls were just so slow coming in. Also not a big fan of having to wait until 11 am the next day to collect rewards.
