How do I choose what venue I want to use in Chef Duels?

I am almost maxed out in all the upgrades in the first location and as I've now started to play the pizza venue, it's using that venue in chef duels instead! I am under 20% in every cateogry in the pizza venue but over 90% in everything in the first location?

How do I choose to play in the first location?

P.S: I think the battles aren't balanced... You should always be vsing someone around the same % of upgrades as you or you've lost even before the game starts.

The venue are chosen randomly, there is no way to choose the venue before the duel Therefore it is advised that you should take a week off to max out a venue before playing Chef Duels again
Personally, I don't think there should be balanced between the upgrade percentage (%) of you and your opponent since that's what gives people who have advanced further in this game an advantage Hope it helps

I agree! I HATE the duels! I am really good at normal play but almost always lose duels. I think my record is 8-30-0. It's ridiculous

Did you buy any upgrades?

So you think it's okay for someone with under 20% in all upgrades to be forced to go up against someone with maxed out upgrades? I say forced because you have to spend a token before you see who you're facing. And then you can't leave this page.

Further, I don't think it's chosen randomly. I was 100% always playing the first venue and now that i've been playing the pizza one, it's always the pizza one. We should be able to choose what venue we can go too. If not, I can't play the chef duels anymore as I've just started the pizza venue.

I had to stop playing for 2 weeks just to get to Episode 2, Season 5 in Fish n Chips just to buy everything too ._. My first duel after that was Fish n Chips, and that was a close call @.@ Besides, a token can be earned every 30 minutes, so it's not a big deal, and the points doesn't affect much, just your reward, which doesn't matter very much except for the gold (since the tickets aren't enough to buy anything). The only thing that needs to be changed in matchmaking is the rating, in my opinion. Sometimes people were matched with an opponent that is in much higher league than they are, and that's what makes the game unfair
