Tasting Spoon doesn't work in Chef Arena

As you can see in this picture, I used the Tasting Spoon boost but I still have to wait for the lobster to be perfect, which is really annoying. Any workaround to fix this?
PS: Recently I also started a Chef Arena duel and I can't cook the Sous Vide dish since I haven't played to that level in Chef Arena so the appliance is locked (but in the past weeks I have unlocked it). I hope you guys will fix this soon to make the duels fair

What is the tasting spoon boost? I don't have anything like that? I've got the fast feet, frenzy, serve 4, flinger, and auto chef, but there's nothing like what you have in the picture.

It's in the latest version, and it only works with seasoning stations, not the cooking ones But the problem I encountered in the PS was really concerning
